By using OSHA-SNAP.AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms — continued use constitutes acceptance.

Permitted Use

OSHA-SNAP.AI is a safety inspection assistance tool for construction and industrial worksite personnel. You must be authorized to photograph and inspect the sites you analyse. Do not use the service on sites where you lack proper authorization.

Critical Safety Disclaimer

OSHA-SNAP.AI IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL SAFETY INSPECTIONS.

AI hazard identification is a supplementary tool only. It may miss hazards, misidentify risks, or fail to apply jurisdiction-specific regulations. You must never rely solely on AI-generated reports to certify worksite safety or make compliance determinations. All reports should be reviewed by a qualified safety professional. We are not liable for any workplace injuries, accidents, fines, or regulatory actions arising from use of this service.

Regulatory Compliance

OSHA standard references in AI reports are for general guidance. Regulations vary by jurisdiction, industry, and site type. You are responsible for verifying applicable standards with official OSHA resources and qualified compliance professionals. OSHA-SNAP.AI does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any regulatory citations.

Intellectual Property

You own the inspection reports you generate. The OSHA-SNAP.AI application and branding belong to Orbyx.

Limitation of Liability

OSHA-SNAP.AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, regulatory fines, or business losses arising from use of or reliance on this service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
