Information We Collect

We collect your email address when you create an account. When you run inspections, we receive the worksite photos you upload and store AI-generated inspection reports: site name, address, inspector name, inspection date, identified hazards, OSHA standard references, and overall risk level. Photos are processed but not permanently stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

Inspection data is used to generate safety reports and maintain your inspection history. Photos are sent to OpenAI's GPT-4 Vision API for hazard analysis per their privacy policy. We do not share inspection reports or site data with third parties, including government agencies, without your explicit consent or a legal obligation.

Sensitive Site Information

Worksite photos may contain sensitive business information. By uploading photos, you confirm you have authorization to share that imagery with AI processing services. Do not upload photos containing classified or legally restricted content.

Data Storage

Inspection records are stored in Supabase with row-level security — only your account can access your inspections. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are not retained after analysis completes.

Data Deletion

To delete your account and all inspection records, email privacy@orbyx.cc. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
